Rear Display Is the Real Talking Point

The Note 60 Pro features a tiny secondary Active Matrix Display, basically a mini LED panel incorporated within the rear camera module. This little screen is capable of showing notifications, incoming call alerts, time, weather updates, battery status, and even charging animations. It’s really one of those perks that you would mostly link with more expensive phones, so it is quite surprising to see it here. This definitely makes the phone more attractive when displayed on a shelf.

Display and Performance

At the front, you get a 6.78-inch 1.5K curved AMOLED screen featuring a 144Hz refresh rate and a maximum brightness of 4,500 nits. It also supports HDR, enhancing the viewing experience.

Infinix has switched to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset from MediaTek. It will not only enhance AI capabilities and gaming efficiency but also help Infinix take on other smartphones priced from Rs 30,000 to Rs 35,000. Further, you can have up to 12GB of RAM paired with a maximum of 256GB storage.

Talking about software, the device comes loaded with Android 16 and XOS 16. This combo introduces Infinix’s AI innovations, natural animations, and better power saving techniques.

Camera

The camera setup includes a 50MP primary sensor with OIS, paired with an 8MP ultra-wide sensor. Infinix is calling it Night Master camera, which is a hint that it gives more focus to low light performance than to raw megapixel figures. For selfies and video calls, there’s a 13MP front camera. A second sensor accompanies it, and according to news24online, it is expected that the software enhancements will do the heavy lifting in portrait shots and difficult lighting conditions.

Battery That Truly Lasts

The Note 60 Pro packs a 6,500mAh battery, which should be able to support a full day. What makes this even more impressive is the charging system: 90W wired fast charging and 30W wireless charging are both available. Wireless charging at this price range is still quite rare, which makes this phone stand out from many other models.

Build and Durability

Infinix Note 60 Pro also focuses on the durability of the device. It is equipped with an IP64 rating that safeguards against dust and light splashes of water.

The front panel is shielded with Gorilla Glass 7i, which works on enhancing the resistance level to scratches and accidental falls.

Should You Buy It?

The‍‌‍‍‌ Infinix Note 60 Pro is priced at Rs 31,999. It’s packed with features that offer strong value for its price: a Snapdragon chipset, an innovative secondary display at the back, a large battery that supports wireless charging, and a crisp AMOLED panel.

The phone will go on sale in India from April 20, and customers can purchase the phone from Flipkart and also from the official online store of Infinix.

This is the sort of combo that is capable of competing with more expensive models. With the first impressions, it is obvious that Infinix has appeared well-positioned in the segment.
