Veteran Bollywood actor Raveena Tandon recently revealed why she apologised to Yami Gautam after watching Dhurandhar, directed by Aditya Dhar. In addition, during the media interaction, Raveena shared that her apology came from admiration instead of controversy.

After watching the movie, she jokingly called Yami and said, “I am sorry. I am the biggest fan of your husband. You have to share my attention with your husband because I think he is completely nailed it”. Moreover, she also added that she admired Aditya Dhar’s filmmaking and storytelling skills. Further, she also appreciated the director, saying that ” He is a genius. The way he has mounted the film and extracted performances from the actors is outstanding.”

She also stated the film’s impact on her, stating, ” He completely brought back what was missing. The audience got satisfaction after seeing films such as Pushpa, KGF, Dhurandhar, and more. They felt like the hero looked like a hero. In addition, she talked about the lead actor Ranveer Singh and recalled, “he was a 10-year-old when he came to me doing a sensuous song. I loved him in Dhurandhar.

Moreover, she also praised the supporting cast, including Akshaye Khanna and Sanjay Dutt, and said, “Sanjay and Akshaye were so outstanding. Sara was so brilliant. Rakesh Bedi sir and Gaurav Gera were amazing.”
