Vivo is all set to launch its flagship camera-focused smartphone, the X300 Ultra and X300s, this March. The popular smartphone brand has been hinting at the release for weeks now. Finally, they have showcased the two at MWC 2026, revealing a few of their design features and specifications. Here’s all.
Vivo X300 Ultra and X300s Official Launch Date and Availability

Vivo is launching the X300 Ultra as the successor of the Vivo X200 Ultra, which made its debut back in December 2024. Along with this, the Vivo X300s will also debut in China on March 30, 2026, at 7 PM local time (4:30 PM IST). Note that the launch of these new smartphones is limited to China only at first, but they will soon be launched in global markets, including India, potentially by May 2026.
Notably, both devices are gaining attention for their photography tools. In this, features like a “Film Green” finish and a redesigned “Blueprint Native Color” system are in the limelight.
Specifications of the Vivo X300 Ultra

Vivo X300 Ultra has gained the tag of “The Photography Pro,” due to its design focused on the camera. Here are all the details on its specifications: –
Camera Setup
At the MWC 2026, the brand presented the Ultra featuring a massive 400mm telephoto extender. Additionally, the rear camera setup seems similar to that of the X300 Pro, with a revised lens arrangement. It is also carrying the rumored 5MP multispectral sensor (14-channel color spectrum sensor meant for color accuracy) at the bottom of the module.
Cashify reports that the Vivo X300 will feature a 200-megapixel main sensor (Sony LYT-901, 1/1.12-inch, 35mm focal length). Along with that, a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto (Samsung HPB, 1/1.4-inch, Zeiss APO certified) and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens, which supports 8K video, 4K@120fps Dolby Vision HDR, will be added.
Processor
It is rumored that the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 (3nm) chipset will power this Vivo smartphone. Also, it will likely be running on Android 16-based OriginOS 6 out of the box.

Speaking of the display, the phone will likely feature a large 6.82-inch 2K LTPO OLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate.
It is also anticipated to come with both the IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.
Storage and Battery
The brand will likely offer four storage configurations: 12GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB, 16GB/512GB, and 16GB/1TB. Speaking of battery, there will be a massive 7,000mAh battery, with 100W wired charging and 40W wireless charging support.

Specifications of the Vivo X300s
While the X300 is equipped with significant photography features, the Vivo X300s is designed for a big-screen experience. Interestingly, it is said that the X300 will replace the rumored X300 Max.
Design and Display
Days ago, it was revealed that the Vivo X300s is a more refined version of the standard X300 and will be larger than that. It will feature a flat 6.78-inch AMOLED display built on BOE Q10+ screen technology. Additionally, it will support a 144Hz refresh rate, 1.5K resolution, and Circular Polarisation Light 2.0 technology, protecting the users’ vision.
Processor and Other Features
According to the reports, the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC will power this smartphone, carrying an IP69 rating for dust and water resistance.
For Audio, it will feature dual symmetric 1115 speakers, Super-sense Gaming Audio Zone, and more, which will boost the gaming experience by up to 120% per Vivo’s claims.
Speaking of other features, it will likely have an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, a custom vibration motor, and USB 3.2 Gen 1 support.

Vivo X300s will house a 200-megapixel primary rear sensor. Other leaked details suggest it will feature a triple camera setup, including a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto lens.
Since it is designed for a daily comfortable life, it will feature a massive, colossal 7,100mAh battery with 90W flash charging.
