TECNO has officially launched its POVA Curve 2 5G in India today, February 13, 2026. True to experts’ anticipation, this smartphone packs a 6.78-inch 1.5K 144Hz 3D curved AMOLED screen, 8000mAh battery, and a slimmer body at a reasonable price. Here are all the details you need to know.
Tecno Pova Curve 2 5G Price and Availability in India
Tecno Pova Curve 2 5G is now officially available in India with a starting price of Rs. 27,999 for the 8GB RAM and 128GB. Its 256GB variant is priced at Rs. 29,999. Additionally, the phone comes in three colors: Storm Titanium, Melting Silver, and Mystic Purple, which users would be able to buy, with the sale beginning on February 20.

Offers and Sale Details
The Tecno Pova Curve 2 5G sale will go on sale on February 20, at 12 pm, via Flipkart and other retail stores. Notably, there’s an instant ₹1,500 bank discount and up to ₹3,000 cashback on selected EMI plans.
The pre-book window is already open, so people can book their phone in advance, starting today, February 13.

Even before its launch, Tecno Pova Curve 2 5G gained significant hype due to its massive 8,000mAh battery that fits into a body of only 7.42mm thin. Interestingly, even with that, it weighs only 195g.

Display and Design
Tecno Pova Curve 2 5G runs on Android 16-based HiOS 16 and supports dual-SIM. It features a 6.78-inch full-HD+ (1,080 x 2,364 pixels) curved AMOLED screen. Talking of smoothness, it has a 144Hz refresh rate with a 240Hz touch sampling rate for lag-free scrolling.

It has a 93.1 percent screen-to-body ratio plus 4,500 nits peak brightness, making it one of the brightest screens in this class. The display has Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection on top and features SGS 5-star drop resistance.

On the back, there’s a unique triangular camera module, inspired by Starship.

The box contains the charger, so no extra charges for that. The company openly claims that this phone can deliver 16.4 hours of video playback, 35.7 hours of music playback, 48.1 hours of calling time, and 1,133.1 hours of standby time, on a single charge.
Performance and Software
Reports suggest that it is India’s first smartphone featuring the MediaTek Dimensity 7100 (6nm). The 8GB LPDDR5X RAM (expandable up to 16GB via virtual RAM) with 128GB or 256GB UFS 2.2 storage further enhances its performance.
For connectivity, it features a G1 signal enhancement chip and an SE1 Wi-Fi chip. It supports several Indian languages, including Hindi, Tamil, Bengali, and many more with “ELLA AI 2.0.”
