During the clash between Chennai Super Kings and Punjab Kings on April 4 in the Indian Premier League, the cameras did what they mainly do: cut to the crowd for a few seconds. But this time, a quick shot turned into a full-blown internet moment.
A young woman was seen cheering for PBKS, who appeared on screen. That’s it! Later, social media did the rest of the work. People started sharing clips, zooming screenshots and doing exactly what the internet does, trying to figure out the young woman. Soon, one name started trending, and that was Kashmira Pardeshi.
However, there is no official confirmation that it was actually her. Various users are even linking her to PBKS left-handed batter Nehal Wadhera, but again, it’s not officially confirmed.

Who is Kashmira Pardeshi?
Kashmira Pardeshi is a South Indian actress who works in Tamil and Telugu movies. She made her Telugu acting debut with the film Nartanasala in 2018, Tamil with Sivappu Manjal Pachai in 2019 and Hindi with Mission Mangal in 2019. Also, she made her digital streaming debut with the Hindi series The Freelancer in 2023. Kashmira has over 2 million followers on Instagram alone. She has a great social media presence with many photoshoots and regular fitness uploads.
Kashmira Pardeshi Education and Background
Kashmira has completed her schooling from St Anne’s School in Pune and Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce. As per Zee News, she studied fashion design at the National Institute of Fashion Technology in Mumbai. Before entering the film industry, she had done various commercials.
