The popular SUV model, Renault Duster, has made a comeback in 2026. Not only has it been launched for an introductory budget of ₹10.49 Lakh, but it is also available in five different variants and with completely new designs. Not to mention its updated features and multiple powertrain options are making it a great deal for SUV lovers. Here are all the details you need to know.
Renault Duster 2026 Price and Variants
The Renault Duster comes in many variants, with the starting price of ₹10.49 lakh. Interestingly, the customers who had pre-booked it and secured an “R-Pass” will pay only ₹10.29 lakh for the 1.0L Turbo base model. The savings can go up to ₹40,000 with this pass, depending on the variants.
Now the price will significantly depend on the Renault Duster’s five variants: Authentic, Evolution, Techno, Techno+, and Iconic. Each of these variants has some special features, specific to them only. For example, the Authentic is the base trim and focused on value, whereas the Iconic is at the top-of-the-line luxury trim.

Renault Duster 2026 Engine and Specification
Interestingly, there’s no diesel engine option for the Renault Duster 2026. Instead, they have focused on providing a two-turbo-petrol (high-performance) and hybrid technology engine. In that, it has three engine options, as follows –

Exterior Designs

The exterior designs of the Renault Duster 2026 have become the topic of discussion in the town. Although it brings nostalgia due to its ruggedness and character, it has a modern outlook. Its dimensions are: –

According to the reports, its front design is upright with a flat bonnet, and it features a wide rectangular grille. The nose of the car now mentions “Duster” instead of the Renault logo. Additional details include the slim horizontal LED headlamps at the outer edges of the grille, thin LED DRLs, which function as turn indicators, and more.
It is also showcasing ruggedness in the rear, similar to the front, as it features extensive black cladding and a silver lower insert. Also, its tailgate is almost vertical, and the tail lamps use angular LED shapes. These shapes are positioned at the corners, and a horizontal light bar connects the two while running across the tailgate.
The side has a boxy silhouette with the wheel arches having a squared shape. A thick black cladding is protecting the wheels and the lower doors. It also features functional roof rails, rear door handles (integrated into the C-pillar), and 18-inch alloy wheels.

Interior Design

The interiors of the Renault Duster are black-themed, with the dashboard lying horizontally, with a freestanding 10-inch touchscreen infotainment display in the middle. It features a redesigned dashboard with a dual-screen setup, along with a mixture of digital and physical controls.
Its AC vents are at an angle and a little chunky in design. And the seats have thick cushioning with contrasting stitching and leatherette upholstery. The same is on the dashboard and door panels.
It supports wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, along with a 6-speaker Arkamys audio system, push-button start/stop, wireless phone charger, and much more.
Additional Features and Safety
Reportedly, a remarkable feature of the 2026 Renault SUV is its dual-zone automatic climate control, along with a panoramic sunroof, ventilated front seats, and much more. It will also come with a warranty up to 7 years / 1,50,000km.
Speaking of safety, it has six airbags, electronic stability control (ESC), ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors, and ISOFIX child seat mounts. Additional advanced features include a 360-degree camera system, all-wheel disc brakes, rain-sensing wipers, a level-2 ADAS suite (with 17 features), and much more.

Renault Duster 2026 Booking and Delivery Details
Although the Renault Duster 2026 has been launched, the turbo-petrol variants’ deliveries will begin in April 2026, whereas the deliveries for the Strong-Hybrid (E-Tech) will start around Diwali, November 2026. To book, the individual will have to submit a booking amount of ₹21,000, either online or at Renault dealerships.
Interestingly, the allocation for the Strong Hybrid is already sold out, signaling its high demand.
