Shahid Kapoor and Tripti Dimri are bringing romance, drama, and humor-filled movies this weekend. It is a fictionalized adaptation of Hussain Zaidi’s book Mafia Queens of Mumbai, and is directed by  Vishal Bharadwaj, bringing an action thriller yet emotional storyline to the audience.

Haal – SunNXT

Cast: Shane Nigam and Sakshi Vaidya

Haal is directed by Veeraa and will attract Malayalam viewers through its emotional storytelling and authentic depiction of events. It is the story of a rapper and a priest’s daughter facing societal obstacles, loss, and personal struggles.

Tu Yaa Main – Netflix

Cast: – Adarsh Gourav, Shanaya Kapoor, Amrutha Srinivasan

Tu Yaa Main is about two content creators, also lovers from completely different worlds, going on an adventure in the backdrop of a flooded Mumbai. Both will have to navigate through nature’s dangers (a man-eating crocodile), plot twists, emotional and life-or-death situations, while the viewers will also witness romance and suspense.

Thaai Kizhavi – JioHotstar

Release Date: – April 10

Cast: – Radikaa Sarathkumar, Aruldoss, Munishkanth, Bala Saravanan, and Ilavarasu.

The movie was launched in theatres back in February, and is now finally coming on the OTT (JioHotstar) this Friday. The movie presents a perfect family-friendly experience and has emotional storytelling and a lighthearted narrative.

Khakee Circus is a Tamil-language fantasy crime-comedy web series, featuring a simple cat-and-mouse chase between the police and a petty thief who breaks into a sub-jail to steal a temple donation box. It is premiering on ZEE5 on April 10, 2026, and has only 7 episodes full of chaos, thrill, and unexpected twists.

Euphoria Season 3 – HBO Max, JioHotstar

Release Date: – April 12 (HBO Max), April 15 (JioHotstar)

Cast: – Zendaya, Sydney Sweeney, Hunter Schafer

After two successful seasons of Euphoria, Zendaya and the cast are returning with another season of the intense teen drama exploring relationships, identity, and emotional struggles in a hyper-connected world.

What’s new is that the season jumps five years forward, and the fans will witness the characters as young adults navigating life after high school.

For the survival-based movie and shows, the weekend is going to be perfect, syncing ‘Thrash’ is releasing this Friday. According to the Netflix synopsis, a catastrophic hurricane will put the residents of the affected coastal town into survival mode. They will have to survive amid rising waters surrounded by ravenous sharks.
